HIGHER LEVEL PERSPECTIVE

Perspectives impact performance. For an athlete, their mental and spiritual perspective drives their level of motivation, confidence, perseverance. 

 

This intentional time at the beginning of each session is designed to challenge and encourage participants to fulfill their God-given identity and talents through daily disciplines, accountability, and encouragement.

Whether an athlete or an individual training to improve their health and wellness, participants learn and grow using a variety of resources and weekly challenges. Topics include:

  • Motivation

  • Commitment 

  • Confidence

  • Comparison

  • Overcoming fear

  • And more!
